Production Mixer

We are seeking skilled Production Mixers to join our team in Ermington. As a Production Mixer, you will be responsible for weighing and measuring ingredients, lifting up to 15-20kgs, and working on afternoon shifts (1pm-9pm) Monday-Friday with option for Saturdays.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Weigh and measure ingredients for processing, mixing, and matching.
  • Lift up to 15-20kgs in a manual role.
  • Work on afternoon shifts (1pm-9pm) Monday-Friday with option for Saturdays.
Additional Job Requirements:
  • Packaging products in a fast-paced environment.
  • Conducting quality checks and recording data.
  • Working on evening shifts (3pm-11pm) Monday-Friday with option for Saturdays.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 15-20kg for mixing roles.
  • A people-safe and food-safe mindset.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Physical fitness.
