Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a customer service professional to deliver exceptional customer experiences through resolution of queries, order and quote processing, and connecting customers to products.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Resolve sales enquiries within our branch or via phone and email.
  • Build engaging relationships with our customers and internal stakeholders daily.
  • Process and data entry of customer orders, quotes, and handle end-to-end customer interactions.
  • Provide product-based information and cross-selling where required.
  • Ensure customer requests are actioned in a timely manner within allocated timeframes.
Necessary Qualifications:
  • Previous experience within a Sales or Customer Service environment.
  • Ability to work unsupervised in a small team.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Comprehensive computer literacy specifically with Excel and Word.
  • Strong time management skills with a solution-focused approach to problem-solving.
  • Be safety-minded and promote all things safety within our branch.
  • Experience in the lifting and heavy rigging industry is advantageous.
