Security Assurance Director

Culture Amp is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Assurance Director to lead the development and implementation of our security framework, ensuring the protection of our customers' data and maintaining the highest level of security maturity.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain a comprehensive security framework that aligns with industry standards and best practices.
- Lead the security awareness and education program, ensuring all employees understand their role in safeguarding information, technology, and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate security risks, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our customers' data.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors, to ensure the highest level of security and trust.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging security threats and technologies, ensuring our security posture remains robust and effective.
- Proven experience in security assurance, with a strong understanding of security frameworks, policies, and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate security risks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong understanding of security and compliance regulations, including GDPR, ISO 27001, and SOC 2.
