Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administration and Retail Coordinator to join our team at a retail centre in Toowoomba. As the ideal candidate, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate centre databases and information systems, overseeing contractor compliance, tenancy inspections, and car park operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records of centre databases and information systems
  • Ensure contractor compliance with relevant regulations
  • Conduct regular tenancy inspections and maintain car park operations
  • Process CCTV requests and manage documentation
  • Handle filing, compliance monitoring, and liability management
  • Provide reception support and administrative assistance
  • Support Accounts Payable/Receivable processes

Requirements:

  • Ability to manage difficult situations with customers, retailers, contractors
  • Strong Customer Service Skills
  • Basic financial accounting/book keeping
  • Able to deal with irate customers and retailers and belligerent contractors
  • High integrity
  • Sound communication
  • Planning and organizing (time management critical)
  • Proven attention to detail
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Ability to self-manage, prioritise and be flexible
