Key Role: Centre Manager

About the Job:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of centre management, ensuring seamless operation and maintenance. Key areas include contractor induction, health & safety standards, preventative and reactive maintenance, as well as support for budget management.

Duties:

  • Oversee centre operations, including hard and soft services
  • Induct and manage contractors
  • Maintain high health and safety standards
  • Manage preventative and reactive maintenance
  • Support budget management processes

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in facilities, maintenance or operations within a retail environment
  • Facilities management qualifications advantageous but not essential
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
  • Strong knowledge of workplace health and safety, compliance and risk management
  • Genuine passion for retail property management
  • Able to thrive in a high-pressure environment
