**Key Responsibilities:**

- Ensure the smooth operation of conferences, functions, and events, maintaining a high level of efficiency and profitability.

- Develop and implement effective training programs for team members, ensuring they are competent in all service procedures.

- Liaise with customers and the culinary team to guarantee seamless transitions from planning to execution.

- Monitor financial results, managing and forecasting wage costs and other expenses.
