Rehabilitation Nurse Specialist

The Rehabilitation Services Unit is a dedicated facility delivering exceptional rehabilitation care to patients across the region.

Your Role
  • Providing professional advanced clinical leadership and expertise in the delivery of clinical advice, assessments and interventions based on best practice in the health care management of people requiring rehabilitation services from the multidisciplinary Team.
  • Leading and managing the development of an effective service delivery framework including actively contributing to business planning and evaluation of services for the Rehabilitation Service Unit that will improve clinical outcomes.
  • Undertaking a consultative role by initiating and maintaining a comprehensive network with professional associates and developing collaborative linkages with other health professionals across sectors, working as part of the multidisciplinary Team and in close collaboration with patients and specialists.
