Business Analyst Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to lead and accelerate the clean energy transformation for our customers.

This role plays a crucial part in achieving financial performance targets by ensuring our offers are competitive and profitable, balancing gross margin performance with long-term customer growth.

  • Develop and maintain models to assess in-market offer performance and forecast future value based on competitive scenarios.
  • Recommend adjustments to market acquisition offers to ensure alignment with current market dynamics.
  • Oversee regular competitive analysis and market intelligence.
  • Own the delivery and forecasting of forward value, driving commercial outcomes.
  • Ensure all offers comply with relevant regulations across operating regions.
  • Deliver proactive insights into our market performance, highlighting trends and competitor behavior to guide strategic decisions.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in a similar role, a naturally curious mindset, and a passion for driving improvements through smart approaches.

To be successful in this position, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualification in Commerce, Business, Economics or equivalent career experience.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret market trends and capture value in fast-changing environments.
  • Advanced analytical skills, with experience in financial modelling, data analysis, and business intelligence tools.
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Stakeholder management and influencing skills, with a collaborative approach to cross-functional engagement.
