About the Position
We are seeking an individual who is passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of others. As a Lifestyle Support Worker, you will play a vital role in assisting people of all ages and abilities to achieve their goals and aspirations through various activities such as community participation, positive behaviour support, household tasks, and personal care.

Your Key Responsibilities
Assist individuals in achieving their personal goals and aspirations
Support daily living activities including personal care, meal preparation, and household management
Encourage community participation and social interaction
Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals in need

Requirements
A compassionate and empathetic approach to working with individuals with disabilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical fitness to perform manual handling tasks
Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification
Australian driver's licence and willingness to use own vehicle (if required)
