Community Management Role

About Us Our lifestyle community in Woolgoolga offers resort-style living for over 55s, nestled within peaceful surroundings and conveniently located close to the town centre.

The Role Overview

We are currently recruiting a Community Manager to join our beautiful lifestyle community. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Community including resident satisfaction, financial and people management, enhancing site assets, as well as supporting the Sales Team in the sales of the Community.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver engaging community events.
  • Foster strong relationships with residents and stakeholders.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Oversee the day-to-day presentation, maintenance, and compliance of the Community, ensuring high-quality services and a safe, welcoming environment for residents, staff, contractors, and visitors.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, ensure workforce planning and performance management, and maintain compliance with Workplace Health and Safety standards through regular audits and risk assessments.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Development teams to support home sales, resident interviews, and occupancy levels.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A current First Aid & CPR Certificate.
  • A valid 'C' class driver's licence.
  • Experience in a similar role, with leadership, communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent administrative and financial management abilities, with the capacity to work independently and maintain high standards of documentation and compliance.
  • Comfortable with occasional manual tasks such as lifting, cleaning, gardening, and using maintenance or kitchen equipment.
