About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapist to join our team in Canberra. As a Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy assessment and intervention to our clients under Aged Care Funding.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Assess physiotherapy needs and develop individualised programs for aged care clients in the community
  • Work in a multi-disciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to clients
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of physiotherapy services and programs
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the continuous improvement of physiotherapy services
About You
  • Degree in Physiotherapy and current registration with the Australian Health Professional Regulation Authority
  • Postgraduate experience working in a variety of aged care services, including the community
  • Comprehensive understanding of health and well-living models, including reablement and restorative care models
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team, and independently
  • Current first aid certificate or willingness to obtain
  • Valid unrestricted driver's license and a reliable registered vehicle with minimum of Third-Party Insurance
