We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team in Canberra. As a Physiotherapist, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy assessment and intervention to our clients under Aged Care Funding.
Key Responsibilities- Assess physiotherapy needs and develop individualised programs for aged care clients in the community
- Provide physiotherapy services to promote independence and restore functional independence to enable clients to remain living at home
- Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care
- Degree in Physiotherapy and current registration with the Australian Health Professional Regulation Authority
- Postgraduate experience working in a variety of aged care services, including the community
- Comprehensive understanding of health and well-living models, including reablement and restorative care models
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated computer literacy and willingness to utilise required software to support working from home
