Your Responsibilities- Provide evidence-based physiotherapy assessment and intervention to our clients under Aged Care Funding.
- Develop individualised programs for aged care clients in the community.
- Work collaboratively with our multi-disciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes for our clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of physiotherapy services and programs.
- You will have a degree in Physiotherapy and current registration with the Australian Health Professional Regulation Authority.
- You will have postgraduate experience working in a variety of aged care services, including the community.
- You will have a comprehensive understanding of health and well-living models, including reablement and restorative care models.
- You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- You will be able to work independently and as part of a team.
