About the Role
We are seeking an organized and experienced Inventory Manager to join our Supply Chain team.
This role involves maintaining accurate inventory, improving stock availability, and ensuring data integrity in our ERP system.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee inventory levels and accuracy across multiple warehouses.
- Manage SLOB (Slow and Obsolete) stock to reduce excess inventory.
- Lead cycle counts, stocktakes, and root cause analysis.
- Assist with SKU rationalization and end-of-life stock management.
- Coordinate new product and promotional launches.
- Maintain accurate item master data in Pronto.
- Ensure correct loading of new product data.
- Prepare warehouses for new items.
- Keep supplier records updated and compliant.
- Produce inventory health reports.
- Collaborate across teams to improve planning and accuracy.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience in inventory or supply chain roles in wholesale, distribution, or retail.
- ERP proficiency, preferably with Pronto.
- Attention to detail and master data management skills.
- Strong Excel skills and data handling experience.
- Knowledge of inventory best practices.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
