This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization as a Case Manager. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through the end-to-end claims process.
About the Role:- Support customers on their return-to-work journey, acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders including injured workers, employers, and medical professionals.
- Evaluate and manage cases, ensuring compliance with legislative codes and company policies.
- Develop and implement claim strategies, working closely with stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders, using strong written and verbal communication skills.
- You have a high degree of influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
- You are a customer-centric individual, committed to delivering exceptional service and achieving positive outcomes for clients.
