Job Description

As a Senior Converged Network Architect, you will provide high-level technical advice and expertise to support the design and maintenance of converged environments. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Architecture Integrity: Design and document converged environments as a high-level Design Authority.
  • Customer Experience: Provide ongoing strategic technical direction to customers.
  • Solution Design & Delivery: Design complex business solutions that integrate data, voice, video communications, and systems components into effective networks.
  • Technical Support: Assist customer delivery teams for high-level operational support, including architectural views and Level 3 fault resolution.

Your Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Prior experience working in a senior role within pre-sales/embedded architecture.
  • Experience providing high-level technical advice and expertise to maintain architectural integrity of deployed customer ICT environments.
  • Experience in managed solutions environments, including maintaining large corporate networks.
  • Tertiary qualifications in IT or engineering fields, with industry certifications from Cisco, Genesys, NICE, and Microsoft advantageous.
  • Eligibility for a Baseline/NV1 clearance.

About the Role

This role is based in Sydney, and we estimate the salary to be around $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
