Commercial Coordinator Job

This role offers an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Commercial Coordinator. In this position, you will be responsible for supporting the commercial team with administrative duties and ensuring timely execution of partners' contract entitlements.

  • Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the partnership account executive to execute partners' contracts and deliverables.

  • Coordinate and book partners' hospitality and ticketing requirements.

  • Assist with new partner onboarding and collect, coordinate and collate materials for post-campaign reporting.

  • Support the commercial team with day-to-day tasks for key activities including community initiatives and commercial events.

Requirements:

  • Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Relevant experience in client-facing roles, preferably within a commercial or sporting landscape.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects effectively.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
