
Fire Support Specialist

As a fire support professional, you will be an integral part of our emergency response team, providing critical services to the community.
This is a flexible role where you will respond to emergencies and participate in regular drills and training sessions to maintain your skills and competencies.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to fire and other emergency incidents as part of a team
- Promote community safety and emergency preparedness through educational activities
- Develop and maintain competencies by participating in regular drills and training courses
- Maintain required attendance standards for emergency incidents and training
- Operate specialist firefighting and rescue equipment safely and effectively
- Australian Permanent Resident Status
- Manual C Class driver's licence
- Ability to commit to 50% of calls as a day worker or 30% of calls as a shift worker
