Unlocking Enterprise Value with Salesforce Signatures
About the Role:We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee a high-performing team of Customer Success Managers, driving growth, excellence, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of Customer Success Managers to achieve growth and excellence.
- Develop and execute strategies for Signature Success Plan renewals and growth across assigned portfolios.
- Engage with key prospects by providing direct customer-facing support and formulating strategies to accelerate deal close.
- Foster strategic relationships with covered customers and internally to drive value from Signature investments.
- Ensure seamless delivery of Signature obligations and entitlements.
- Identify and remediate high-risk customers and resolve complex issues.
- Build direct relationships with Sales leaders and partner with stakeholders to achieve common goals.
- Closely collaborate with peers and selling partners on capacity planning for Signature obligations.
- Align customer allocations with Signature coverage and synchronize cloud resources as needed.
- Deliver operating unit targets and key performance metrics through operational execution.
- Stay informed on market trends, risks, and opportunities specific to customers and industries.
- Strong leadership experience in customer success and team management.
- Financial services industry experience preferred.
- Ability to establish a clear vision and drive change within a customer-facing organization.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, including data-driven insights to inform strategies.
- Experience building executive relationships and influencing change with complex enterprises.
- A proven track record of building high-performing teams, including performance management and talent development.
- Familiarity with Salesforce's product offerings and services.
