About the Job

Our organization is seeking a dedicated and experienced Care Program Coordinator to lead a team in delivering high-quality care and programs for children aged 5-12 years.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create engaging activities that cater to the diverse needs and interests of children in this age group.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with families and staff, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Mentor and support team members in their professional growth and skill development within the childcare industry.
  • Oversee administrative tasks and ensure compliance with relevant regulations to guarantee a smooth-running service.
Requirements:
  • Hold or be pursuing an ACECQA-recognised qualification in Teaching, Childcare, Community Services, or a related field.
  • Obtain a valid Employee Working with Children Check.
  • Possess a willingness to acquire HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting, Relevant food safety & mandatory reporting certificates, and a National Criminal History Check dated within six months.
