Clinical Partnership Manager

About the Role

This position involves collaborating with healthcare professionals to identify business opportunities and develop solutions to improve customer workflows.

Main Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive financial performance and ensure positive experiences.
  • Territory Development: Identify new business opportunities, assess customer utilization, and expand market share through innovative solutions and value-based selling.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a sales strategy for local hospitals and Integrated Delivery Networks (IDN) accounts not covered by corporate teams.
  • Pull-Through of Strategic Plans: Ensure local execution of strategic plans developed by corporate account teams to facilitate the purchase of ASP products and services.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Foster collaboration, teamwork, and partnership using effective communication among internal partners, such as Service, Marketing, and Commercial Operations.

  • Clinical Knowledge: Have in-depth knowledge of clinical procedures and challenges faced by healthcare professionals.
