Change Catalyst

As a Change Catalyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving organisational success by supporting Coal LSL through various change initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess experience working across transformation change initiatives; leading, supporting and coaching a variety of stakeholders. You will be well-versed in the human elements of change management and have a strong working knowledge of change methodologies and principles.

A key responsibility of this role will be to develop change management strategies and plans to guide how we prepare, equip and support individuals to successfully adopt change.

Additionally, you will conduct change impact analysis, assess change readiness and liaise with key stakeholders regarding our change program. Your ability to work across a variety of projects and teams to embed change and deliver organisational value will be highly valued.

We are seeking a passionate and engaging change practitioner who is able to think both strategically and pragmatically about delivering change. The successful applicant will hold formal qualifications and/or certifications in Change Management or equivalent demonstrated work experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop change management strategies and plans to guide how we prepare, equip and support individuals to successfully adopt change.
  • Conduct change impact analysis, assess change readiness and liaise with key stakeholders regarding our change program.
  • Coach and support project teams, managers and team leaders to proactively lead through change associated with strategic initiatives and projects.
  • Integrate change management processes and activities into project plans to add value and deliver positive business outcomes and people experiences.
Requirements:
  • Experience working across transformation change initiatives;
  • Leading, supporting and coaching a variety of stakeholders;
  • Well-versed in the human elements of change management;
  • Strong working knowledge of change methodologies and principles;
  • Degree qualified in a related discipline such as Social Science, Psychology, Communication Management, HR and/or Business Administration;
  • Formal qualifications and/or certifications in Change Management or equivalent demonstrated work experience.
