Senior Renewable Energy Project Lead

This role involves overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale renewable energy projects. A key aspect is to lead a diverse team with a collaborative approach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a project team in a way that fosters a culture of safety, accountability, respect, and performance.
  • Manage risks, issues, and interfaces across internal teams and contractors.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in major infrastructure or renewable project delivery, including 5+ years in senior leadership positions. They must be able to manage budgets, schedules, and health, safety, security & environment (HSSE) outcomes effectively.

Requirements:
  • 10+ years in major infrastructure or renewable project delivery.
  • 5+ years in senior leadership positions.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage significant budgets, schedules, and HSSE outcomes.

Experience in managing large-scale projects with complex interfaces is required. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills are necessary for success in this role.
