We are seeking an experienced professional to lead and manage construction site activities across renewable energy infrastructure projects.
The successful candidate will deliver projects according to program, safety and environmental objectives, supervise construction teams and subcontractors, and monitor progress.
Key responsibilities include leading site activities, delivering projects on time, safely and within budget, supervising teams and subcontractors, monitoring progress and identifying risks, working closely with project managers and site teams, ensuring compliance with legislation and company policies, promoting a safety-first culture, and preparing reports and schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage construction site activities
- Deliver projects according to program, safety and environmental objectives
- Supervise construction teams and subcontractors
- Monitor progress and identify potential risks
- Work closely with project managers and site teams
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company policies
- Promote a safety-first culture
- Prepare and review reports and schedules
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or related discipline
- Extensive experience managing construction projects in renewables, infrastructure or civil sectors
- Sound knowledge of OH&S and environmental legislation, as well as construction industry standards and practices
- Proven ability to develop, implement and manage construction programs
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Construction White Card and valid driver's licence
