Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a small team to coordinate day-to-day logistics activities for both inbound and outbound programs.
  • Liaise and mediate between stakeholders.
  • Undertake various types of reporting.
  • Carry out strategic planning for improvement/innovation of the Greenlife XDC systems/network.

About the Role:

As a key member of our Supply Chain & Logistics Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Greenlife Crossdock in Heatherton Victoria. You will work closely with our National Crossdock Manager to develop and implement strategies that drive efficiency and productivity.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Meet or exceed service offer targets.
  • Ensure prompt delivery of products.
  • Collaborate with Bunnings transport manager to plan and maintain store delivery schedules.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Leadership experience managing a team.
  • An interest in plants.
  • Logistics experience or an interest in learning/development.
  • A sound knowledge of Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Bunnings systems.
