About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Dispatch Coordinator. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for ensuring timely delivery of goods.

As a Dispatch Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods from our warehouse to customers across various locations. Your primary objective will be to ensure that all dispatch activities are carried out efficiently and effectively, meeting the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

This role involves working closely with various teams, including sales, operations, and logistics. You will be required to communicate effectively with colleagues, customers, and suppliers to coordinate dispatch schedules, manage stock levels, and resolve any issues that may arise during the dispatch process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and unloading trucks to facilitate the smooth transportation of goods;
  • Picking and packing plant stock for orders, ensuring accurate and efficient handling of materials;
  • Recording administrative tasks related to dispatch activities, such as tracking inventory levels and updating shipment records;
  • Coordinating the receipt and processing of incoming greenlife stock;
  • Performing general nursery duties, including weeding, watering, and grounds maintenance, as required;
