Marketing Manager Role About the Position We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead our marketing campaigns from concept and ideation through to delivery and performance measurement. Key Responsibilities: 
  • Develop and deliver creative marketing campaigns that meet commercial goals
  • Lead end-to-end development of marketing campaigns, from ideation and storyboarding to execution and analysis
  • Oversee creative output across photo, video, and design, ensuring it aligns with brand and performance goals
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and production workflows to deliver projects on time and on brief
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance across digital platforms
  • Drive customer growth through innovative acquisition and retention strategies
  • Partner with creative, digital, and product teams, as well as external agencies, to deliver seamless campaigns
 Requirements 
  • 5+ years' experience in a marketing role within a fast-paced eCommerce or digital-first environment
  • Proven ability to develop and deliver creative marketing campaigns that perform
  • Demonstrated experience leading campaigns end-to-end, from ideation and concept through to execution and post-campaign analysis
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR)
  • Proficient in Meta Ads Manager & Google Analytics
