Overview

Marketing Manager – Sydney | Hybrid | Full-time

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Manager to take ownership of campaigns from concept and ideation through to delivery and performance measurement. You'll play a key role in balancing brand storytelling with data-driven decision making, ensuring every campaign not only looks great but achieves commercial impact.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end development of marketing campaigns, from ideation and storyboarding to execution and analysis.
  • Oversee creative output across photo, video, and design, ensuring it aligns with brand and performance goals.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and production workflows to deliver projects on time and on brief.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance across Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and other digital platforms.
  • Drive customer growth through innovative acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Partner with creative, digital, and product teams, as well as external agencies, to deliver seamless campaigns.
About You
  • 5+ years' experience in a marketing role within a fast-paced eCommerce or digital-first environment
  • Proven ability to develop and deliver creative marketing campaigns that perform
  • Demonstrated experience leading campaigns end-to-end, from ideation and concept through to execution and post-campaign analysis
  • Proven experience managing and optimising large-scale marketing budgets (ideally $10M+ annually) with measurable ROI
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR)
  • Proficient in Meta Ads Manager & Google Analytics
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills
  • Creative thinker with a commercial mindset
  • Proactive, collaborative, and thrives in cross-functional teams
