About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Production Operations Coordinator to join our Lysterfield Quarry team. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity that offers career development and stability.

The successful candidate will report to the Quarry Manager and be responsible for providing site support through administrative duties, including order processing, purchasing, and weighbridge operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage reception at the quarry office, including meet and greet, site inductions, couriers, and mail handling.
  • Raise purchase orders, work orders, compile spreadsheets, and reports.
  • Purchasing, invoicing, and maintenance of all purchasing records, including invoicing, order tracking, and preparing & processing dockets.
  • Operate the weighbridge, including ticketing incoming and outgoing trucks.
  • Participate in pre-starts, toolboxes, and incident reporting.

Requirements:

  • Tech-savvy individual with experience in administration duties and great attention to detail.
  • A can-do attitude and a willingness to learn operation of a weighbridge if no prior experience – Quarry experience is not essential.
  • Advanced computer skills along with well-developed organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong commitment to safety.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team as well as autonomously.
  • Openness to working within a quarry site.
