Program Enquiries Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Program Enquiries Manager. As the first point of contact for parents, guardians, and support networks, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and education on our programs.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for the outdoors, and experience in the disability support industry or related field. They will also possess a strong commitment to helping families and contributing to our mission of connecting young people with nature.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist parents, guardians, and support networks with program enquiries over the phone
  • Educate interested parties about our programs and how they work, including NDIS Plans
  • Work closely with our 'Accessible Adventures' team to deliver high-quality services to clients
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in the disability support industry or related field
  • Possession of a valid driver's license (optional)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
