In this role as Program Enquiries Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing phone discussions with guardians, support coordinators, and other support networks of kids who are interested in our programs. You'll have the opportunity to educate them about how our programs work, how they can use their NDIS Plans to fund their child's participation, and more.

This role requires you to be adaptable, organised, and disciplined, with excellent communication skills. You will be working closely with our team to ensure the smooth delivery of our programs and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist parents, guardians, and support networks with inquiries about our programs
  • Provide educational information about our programs and how they can be funded through NDIS Plans
  • Work closely with our team to ensure the successful delivery of our services
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to establish human connections on the phone
  • Understanding of using computers and basic administration skills
  • Passion for the outdoors and nature
  • Experience in the outdoor industries or disability support industry, or lived experience in these fields
