About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Manager to join our team at Managers & Directors. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for leading our financial strategy and operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial models and cash flow projections to ensure the company's financial health and stability.
  • Financial Reporting and Compliance: Prepare and deliver detailed financial reports to senior management and stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Financial Operations Management: Oversee the management of financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead a small dedicated team of finance professionals and provide guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of financial objectives.
Requirements
  • Education and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with CPA or CA certification preferred.
  • Experience: 5-7 years of experience in a senior finance role, preferably in the retail industry.
  • Skills and Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of management accounting principles, proficiency in managing complex financial data, and strong compliance background.
