Wellbeing Administrator

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with academic and professional colleagues to provide administrative support for all areas of Student Wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to services such as Counselling, Access and Inclusion, Student Grievances, and the Student Hardship Assistance Fund.
- Act as the first point of contact for students and staff, helping with enquiries and making referrals to appropriate support services.
- Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings and events, take minutes, and manage emails and other correspondence.
- Maintain and update office records, databases, and registers.
- Support students by promptly triaging enquiries and ensuring they are referred to appropriate services.
- Assist with updating policies, procedures, forms, and projects as needed.
- Provide administrative support to the national Student Wellbeing team.
- Communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders and follow university guidelines.
Requirements:
- Completion of a diploma level qualification or equivalent experience and/or education/training.
- Demonstrated administrative experience, preferably in tertiary or other education sectors.
- Mental Health first aid training or equivalent, with the ability to work alongside clinicians to support students in distress.
- Developed interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) including the ability to work productively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Ability to coordinate office administration systems and competency in various software packages including the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Commitment to supporting the Objects of Notre Dame as a Catholic University.
Work Environment:
This is a part-time opportunity working 0.8 FTE on the Fremantle campus.
