Product Innovation Manager

We are seeking a Product Innovation Manager to lead our core Payroll product, shaping its strategic roadmap and user experience. The successful candidate will drive measurable customer value, innovation, and reliability in workforce management.
The role requires strong Agile product management skills, an AI-first mindset, and experience using emerging AI tools and models. You'll collaborate with engineers, designers, and stakeholders to scope solutions, balance priorities, and ship valuable features at speed.
Mentorship and influence across the team are key, helping others grow while building a shared culture of curiosity, clarity, and impact.
Key Responsibilities- Owning and evolving the Payroll product, defining the strategic roadmap and prioritizing outcomes.
- Deeply understanding users and customers through research, workshops, and insight analysis.
- Bringing an AI-first mindset, identifying opportunities for automation, prediction, and natural language experiences.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to scope solutions, balance priorities, and ship valuable features.
- Communicating clearly and often with stakeholders to drive internal alignment and successful launches.
- 5+ years of experience managing B2B SaaS products across the full product lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, GitHub Copilot).
- Strong Agile product management skills, from story writing to leading cross-functional squads.
- An ability to conceptualize and create AI-enabled products, preferably demonstrated in a business context.
- Passion for solving customer problems, combined with commercial awareness and product intuition.
