As the Product & Innovation Manager, you will launch and manage all new and existing Product Development for clinic-quality Skincare brand, Skinstitut. Working cross-functionally, you will drive timelines, pipelines and ensure deliverables are achieved on-time and to exceptional quality. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of projects and product strategy, spearhead innovation, develop existing skincare and support the international expansion of LC Group and Skinstitut.

Our largest brand, Skinstitut, is focused on creating premium-quality cosmeceutical skincare products and treatments that deliver transformative results for all skin needs. The brand is re-establishing itself in market and undergoing rapid transformation and growth.

Originating 13 years ago in Australia, Laser Clinics is the industry leader in non-invasive aesthetic treatments; Laser Hair Removal, Cosmetic Injections, Skin and Body treatments and skincare brands; Skinstitut and Skinstitut Expert.

**As the Product & Innovation Manager, you will be responsible for**:

- Manage NPD projects and drive them forward for expansion into new and existing categories
- Develop the product strategy for the brand, including hero product identification, value engineering and product rationalization
- Coordinating the RFQ processes and developing NPD COGs with support from Supply Chain
- Drive the gating process, including coordination of gate paper inputs and presenting gate documents to the Senior Leadership Team for sign off
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, progress and post-launch reporting
- Ensure all Skinstitut's products and services meet regulatory requirements and develop processes to ensure all departments follow correct processes
- Work closely with our Regulatory Agencies, Supply Chain and Medical teams to support and coordinate product development and compliance
- Work closely with the Marketing team and Customer service teams to align the marketing activities and product launches
- Utilise industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
- Report on competitor insights

**About you**
- At least 5 years' experience as a Product Manager and strong understanding of the product development process
- Sound knowledge of packaging/artwork requirements, process and manufacturing as well as an understanding of quality and regulatory requirements
- Strong project management skills
- Beauty, skincare, or personal care industry experience is preferred
- Experience delivering both NPD and EPD (existing product development)
- Proven track record delivering products to market via online and bricks & mortar retail
- Strong stakeholder and supplier relationship building skills
- Exceptional communication, presenting and influencing skills
