About the Role

Parramatta Leagues is seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our members and guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages in a fast-paced environment
  • Work collaboratively with the hospitality team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent service
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements
  • Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
  • Availability to commit to set rostered shifts
  • RSA and RCG certification (or willingness to obtain)
