Are you a seasoned recruiter with experience leading a team of talent acquisition professionals in a fast-paced environment?

We are seeking a highly skilled leader to join our organisation, responsible for overseeing the recruitment function and building customer-focused processes.

You will work closely with your team on their continuous improvement journey, ensuring they stay up-to-date with market trends and best practices. You will also equip them with the tools and skills necessary to excel as a high-performing team.

This is a dynamic business that requires strong communication skills and the ability to think strategically while delivering tangible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the recruitment function to build efficient processes aligned with business needs.
  • Effectively manage stakeholders, including maintaining relationships with senior leaders.
  • Conduct resourcing needs analysis briefings with hiring managers to understand current and future workforce planning requirements.
  • Lead a team of recruiters to deliver on recruitment projects.
  • Provide support to the team and contribute to executive and hard-to-fill roles as needed.

  • Leadership experience in complex organisations.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence diverse stakeholders to achieve goals and provide high-quality service.
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders in fast-transforming businesses.
