Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Facilities Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the management of owned properties and leased premises within a designated portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in facilities management duties as delegated by the facilities manager
  • Evaluate on-site difficulties and develop solutions to minimize disruption to business activities
  • Collaborate with service providers to manage escalations regarding contractor performance and client complaints
  • Develop and maintain property maintenance plans
  • Review property inspection plans
  • Monitor work order statuses through Corrigo
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills to meet stakeholder expectations by building effective relationships
  • Maintain compliance with OH&S, Environment and Risk Management Policies and Procedures

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in facilities, property management, hospitality or related field is preferred
  • Strong communication skills and active listening abilities
  • Ability to adapt to rapidly changing situations
  • Collaborative team player who can work well with others to achieve targets
  • Able to handle competing concurrent issues within tight operational deadlines
  • Excellent client focus and service skills
  • Australian citizenship is required for this role
