Facilities Management Professional

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a facilities duty manager.
This role offers the opportunity to be the company representative for incidents, exposed to CCTV footage and reporting. You will hold strong relationships with tenants, security personnel, and other stakeholders for presentation purposes. Key responsibilities include WHS and hazard reporting, daily property inspections, investigating maintenance issues at the precinct, providing timely and friendly responses to all customer and internal enquiries, and monitoring ground transportation.
Key Qualifications:- Prior exposure within a facilities management setting, with an understanding of maintenance and operation of a precinct being desirable.
- Demonstrated leadership skills.
- Strong report writing skill set & computer literacy.
- Ability to coordinate multiple situations at once.
- High level of service to internal and external stakeholders.
- High level of personal presentation and image.
- Risk management exposure.
- Free on-site parking.
- Salary of $100,000 inclusive of super.
