National Security Facilities Professional

This role combines facilities design, planning, and operations management to provide oversight of secure workplace infrastructure. You will work closely with stakeholders, vendors, and senior leadership to deliver results that support critical national programs.
- Oversight of facilities design, planning, and operations across multiple sites
- Reporting and insights to senior leadership on facilities performance, risks, and budgets
- Design and documentation of workplace layouts, rack designs, cabling systems, and supporting infrastructure
- Installation, maintenance, and upgrades of facilities and data centre systems
- Compliance artefacts, procedures, and operational documentation
- Vendor and contractor management for quality and timely service delivery
- Liaison with internal and external stakeholders to align facilities outcomes with program objectives
- Demonstrated experience in facilities design and management for secure environments or critical infrastructure
- Knowledge of physical and electronic security systems
- Background in cabling design, rack layouts, and data centre monitoring/DCIM tools
- Preparation and maintenance of facilities and infrastructure documentation
- Vendor and contractor management capabilities
- Project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills
