About the Opportunity

Our Melbourne team invites you to step into a dynamic role as a Junior Project Planner (Analyst), offering hands-on experience across major projects and opportunities to learn from industry best practitioners.

This role allows you to discover an alternative career path in a consulting environment where no two days are the same. You'll be part of in-depth experiences across various industries, projects, and challenges both within Australia and internationally.

You'll support senior consultants and project teams with research, data analysis, and preparing client deliverables. With guidance and mentorship, you'll build a strong foundation for your consulting career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation of project plans and contribute to project delivery under experienced team members.
  • Research, review, and analyze data from project records to support client reports and deliverables.
  • Prepare high-quality documentation, including reports, schedules, and presentations for client submissions.
  • Apply project controls methodologies to identify challenges and develop innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal team members and external stakeholders for smooth project delivery.
  • Help drive internal process improvements and support general business administration.
What We're Looking For

As our successful candidate, you'll bring:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience with project management software like Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.
  • Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, producing high-quality reports.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work in a collaborative environment.
