Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Planning Specialist to support the delivery of accurate project cost, schedule, and performance insights.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain project schedules in Primavera P6
  • Assist with cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts
  • Monitor cost and schedule performance; identify variances
  • Support earned value management (EVM) reporting
  • Collaborate with project teams
  • Prepare progress reports and dashboards
  • Participate in risk assessments and mitigation planning
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have a strong background in project controls and the technical expertise to deliver accurate, timely insights. You'll be able to combine analytical capability with clear communication to support successful project outcomes.

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
  • 5+ years' experience in project planning
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Excel
  • Familiarity with EVM and critical path analysis
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Eligibility for Baseline or NV1 clearance – Must be an Australian Citizen
