Lead a Team of Sales Associates

You are an exceptional leader who can motivate and coach a team to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service.

This is a dynamic role that requires the ability to learn and share expertise on products and trends to fit customer needs. As a team leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve customer engagement and sales performance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer engagement and sales performance
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless execution of store operations, visual merchandising, and inventory management
  • Providing coaching and feedback to sales associates to enhance their skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership ability with at least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing sales setting
  • Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience
  • Motivated to achieve great results due to enthusiasm for interacting with customers and athletic products
  • Resourceful and versatile in responding to changing demands and opportunities in a rapidly changing omni-channel retail environment
  • Strong cognitive and mathematical skills, including problem analysis, decision making, and financial analysis
  • High level of ethics, values, integrity, and trust
  • Flexible availability - including nights, weekends, and holidays
