The Role

We're looking for a Credit Models Specialist to join our credit models team. As a key member of this team, you'll work with intelligent insights and risk management solutions to enhance the organisation's overall risk quantification and management framework.

Your responsibilities will include conducting data analysis, monitoring, measuring, and managing model risks, ensuring alignment with development and implementation best practices. You'll also perform detailed reviews and monitoring of credit models under regulatory capital, provisioning frameworks, and internal frameworks.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess a degree in a relevant field such as Actuarial Studies, Computer Science, Economics/Econometrics, Quantitative Finance, or Statistics. You'll also need strong verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and experience in coding with R and/or Python.

Australian working rights are required for this position. If you have prior experience in credit model development, monitoring, or validation, it would be a valuable asset.

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
