Venue Operations Manager

We're seeking an exceptional Venue Leader to run a high-energy, high-quality venue and deliver outstanding customer experiences every day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Champion exceptional customer service and coach your team to do the same
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and team performance
- Manage inventory, stock control, and food safety to high standards
- Take ownership of venue operations, from opening checks to reporting and budgeting
- Maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive workplace culture aligned with core values
Requirements:
- Proven leadership experience in hospitality or retail
- A hands-on, lead-by-example approach
- Strong operational and people management skills
- A customer-first mindset with a love for good energy and great service
- Food Safety Supervisor qualification (or willingness to obtain)
