A seasoned legal professional is sought to assist in the preparation and review of complex construction contracts, agreements and documents. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of project management principles, contract law and negotiation techniques.

Responsibilities:

\
  • Assist in the preparation of consultancy agreements, project term sheets, letters of intent and early works agreements.
  • Provide project advice to clients on infrastructure planning, funding and agreements.
  • Advise contractors and subcontractors on tender submissions and construction contract negotiations.
  • Assist with litigation matters involving security and retention, variation and contract payment claims and defects.

  • Strong understanding of contract law, project management principles and negotiation techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
