Key Construction Law Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced construction lawyer to provide expert advice on project development and infrastructure projects. As a leading law firm, we strive to deliver exceptional results for our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Advise clients on construction laws and regulations
  • Prepare consultancy agreements, contracts, and ancillary documents for commercial and infrastructure projects
  • Negotiate and draft construction contracts for developers, contractors, and subcontractors
  • Collaborate with our litigation team on tribunal cases involving contract disputes and defects
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a construction lawyer
  • Excellent knowledge of construction obligations and laws
  • Expertise in drafting and negotiating construction agreements
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
  • Excellent client service skills and interpersonal communication abilities
