**Project Coordinator - Audio Visual Technology

The ideal candidate will have expertise in audio-visual integration and a background in technical installation.

You will oversee the delivery of AV projects from inception to completion, managing project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communication while ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take full ownership of AV projects from planning to execution, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, stakeholder communication plans, and risk management strategies.
  • Quickly and effectively resolve project challenges to ensure smooth execution.
  • Provide technical expertise in audio & video solutions, ensuring best-in-class installations.
  • Monitor project profitability, margins, and resource utilisation.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and share insights with the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 3 -5 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in audio-visual, video conferencing, and unified communications solutions.
  • Knowledge of LED video walls, Microsoft teams rooms, DSP, racking, and knowledge of AV construction processes and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Experience with delivering on project fundamentals of time, cost, and quality.
  • You may have a qualification in AVIXA, CTS, or a project management PMP or Agile certification.
