About the Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Vocational Rehabilitation Consultant.

This role offers the opportunity to work with a reputable organisation that provides person-centered rehabilitation services in the workplace.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-standard rehabilitation and injury management consulting services to achieve exceptional clinical and return-to-work outcomes.

  • Manage their own day and work remotely
  • Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team and a supportive manager
  • Full administration and report-writing support

Selection Criteria

To be successful in this role, the candidate must possess the following qualifications and attributes:

  • Qualification in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapist or AHPRA; Exercise Physiologist (ESSA)
  • Experience working in workplace rehabilitation is desirable but not essential
  • Ability to work autonomously and meet key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Driver's license and full access to a vehicle
