Lead Kitchen Manager Opportunity

This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned and passionate Lead Kitchen Manager to join our dedicated team at Calvary Kirralee.

The role of the Lead Kitchen Manager is multifaceted, requiring strong leadership and management skills, as well as a passion for culinary excellence.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, including menu planning, stock control, staff supervision, and allergen management.

To succeed in this position, you will need to have:

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery, along with relevant industry experience, preferably in Aged Care.
  • Strong knowledge of legislative and regulatory requirements relevant to the catering service within the residential care sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, work effectively under pressure, and maintain a high level of professionalism.
